Costs are typically based on the volume of junk being removed, the type of items,, the required labor involved, and often include a base fee. Additional charges may apply for special handling particularly heavy items or travel charges depending on location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
By initiating contact through marketing or inquiries, I provide an estimate based on the volume and type of junk, schedule a pickup time, arrive on site to assess the items, load and haul the junk away, and finally, provide the customer with a final invoice; completing the transaction; All while maintaining clear communication and professional service throughout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school diploma or GED certificate. Over a decade of customer service experience and basic knowledge on local disposal regulations.
