- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know every property isn’t the same and is cleaned on a what-is-needed basis, so we are extremely flexible and are willing to adjust the price based on your cleaning needs. In addition to cleaning, we provide moving services. As a labor-only moving company, instead of providing a moving truck, Guardian South provides you with a team of enthusiastic, hard-working, and trained movers. By eliminating costs associated with a traditional moving company, we are able to deliver an incredible experience at an unbeatable rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by sending a quote within 24 hours upon request. Once you receive our quote and review it, you will contact us or we will contact you if there is a phone number attached. We will then discuss details and plans for the cleaning or move. A nominal deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be credited towards the remaining balance. Our cleaning crew will provide all the supplies needed to successfully clean your home. After the job, we will collect payment and immediately provide you the receipt for your records.

Our customers are wide-range and unique: military personnel, doctors, lawyers, soccer moms, college students, stay-at-home moms, and business owners.
