Nice guy, I wanted to give 5 stares but I'm here cleaning up the leaves off the gravel. He blew the leaves out of the gutters with a blower but didn't pick all of them up.

Jay contacted me the same day I requested the service and we set up the appointment for a day or two later. He confirmed on the day of to tell me he would be to my home early afternoon but I told him I would not be there (which was fine with both of us but in hindsight, I wish I was home). He showed up and did the job but the aftermath was outright horrible. True in deed my gutters were full of debris but the way Jay left my home was so unprofessional. The dirt from the gutters were splashed all over the windows and everywhere else. I had to come home from work to see such dismay. I would have appreciated if he called me to tell me the issue instead of leaving my house the way he did. I called him to complain and he was nice about explaining what happened and said he would come back and pressure wash my entire home for a discounted rate the following week . I was excited about that and took him up on his offer. Needless to say, I never heard back from him….
