Jose and his crew are simply the BEST!!! From the first day when Jose arrived to give us a quote to the last day when he completed our project, he was on time, listened to our thoughts about the project, and executed beyond our highest expectations. We had Jose build a screened-in porch on our existing slab patio. The porch is amazing and looks like something out of a magazine. Jose was also more than willing to change little details here and there throughout the project to make our porch extra special. I cannot say enough great things about Jose and his crew. His prices are more than fair and he does everything with exceptional quality. Not to mention he is super fast and finished our project in 1 week! I cannot wait for Jose to complete our next home project. Hire him- you will not be disappointed!!

Jose was very quick at responding and working on my tight schedule. He is professional, well prepared and has a great hard working team in place. I initially contracted him only for crown molding work, but after seeing the results, I added redoing the stairs, baseboard, door trim, closets and a few smaller repairs. Will continue working with him for my own house as well as remodel projects. Highly recommend.

We had molding installed throughout our house and couldn't be more pleased with the value, process or outcome. I've hired several times through Thumbtack and have been overall pleased. G and I builders, though, have been the best by far. They worked efficiently, starting in the morning and finishing by the afternoon, while still doing quality work. They even noticed a loose hanging curtain, bought better anchors and made the repair- for no extra charge. We were sure to snag an appointment for them to come back and do more work next weekend before they even left the house!

Fantastic from start to finish. Jose does tremendous work. He and his crew worked tirelessly for two long days in sweltering heat. Replaced several rotten doors and window frames. Replaced 11 interior doors that needed adjustments to size and all hardware. More than fair price, highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I don't have any of that, as I told my son one.by the way he will be a civil engineer soon,I remember him asking me how much do you charge to do a job and a told him the basic rule is the cost of materials and need to know how long it's going to take you to get it done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's a very simple process I find customer that needs a service if I feel and able to perform the service on a competitive price I will try hard to get, ones we agree upon a the work will be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went t college for a couple of years, but I couldn't finish up for financial reasons, that's the reason I started working on construction which I don't regret,I being doing good I am good on what I do I have over 30 yeas experience on carpentry,concrete, rebar and grading and general work related to construction.
