My experience with Allen's Concrete Finishing was seamless from 1st interaction to job completion. Specifically: 1. Quality work: I loved the finished product and have received compliments and inquiries from passersby. Richard's team even artfully suggested a curved edge which was an improvement on my original design. 1. Prompt service: I requested a quote 16th April. I was visited the same day. We agreed terms and my driveway was completed in one day on 18th April. 2. Responsiveness and Patience: This was my first time hiring for this type of work so I had LOTS of questions. The owner/operator - Richard- was available for multiple calls even late night to talk through my queries and concerns. I am NOT an easy customer to work with but Richard was patient responding to each of my queries. 3. Competitive pricing: I priced the job with multiple contractors and Richard offered the best value for money. 4. Professionalism: Richard and his crew arrived early to start at 7am as agreed. He supplied lunches, portable toilets etc. for his crew. The crew was respectful of my home and were productive. 5. Transparency and Knowledgeable: Richard shared his relevant insurances etc. and showed me receipts for the concrete supply so I could verify the concrete grade and fibre mesh. He was also generally knowledgeable about home improvements and helpfully connected me to other suppliers for the balance of my contracting needs. Thanks Richard and team for a job well done.
