I’m sorry that you had a bad experience with us and felt the need to leave such a harsh review. We deal with the Johnstone on Carowinds Blvd and each Johnstone is indenpendently owned and operated. You were told a few days due to us being booked out for the week. Not weeks. We would have installed a transformer and board for $450. Unfortunately Thumback charged us $106.75 for you to “instant book” us which we showed up to on time. We are a REAL business. I understand there are a lot of Joe Shmoes on Thumbtack, however we can not grow a business selling your visit for $250 and only making $50 after parts. We pushed a furnace because your heat exchanger is rusted all to hell and you were having electrical issues. I’m sorry there was a misunderstanding, but a nasty review isn’t called for. You were getting a name brand 90k furnace with all of the accessories for $3,700. That is lower than the market average for a furnace of that size. Please purchase a new CO2 detector and place it near a supply vent. Rusted heat exchangers are no joke! Have a great rest of your week and I wish we could have had a shouting match on the phone and came to an understanding rather than leaving a damaging review.
