- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is flat rate and we don’t do surprise fees. We get your approval prior to offering additional services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple. We focus on you and your family’s needs and then comb through your system. Quote any repairs needed to get it running, then recommend services to bring it back to new. No pushy sales. We are service techs; not “sales” techs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs carry a universal EPAs and I personally went to school through the military and completed my HVAC/R journeyman.
