- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. First we check on budget. 2. build you a custom menu 3. Check if you want Drop of and set up, or full service 4. Ask if you need any Rentals or wares Then we cost it out. When approved, I will send invoice for 50% deposit this holds the date, then the final is not due till 1 week before event.
