Chef Frisco does all of my corporate catering in the Charleston area. Excellent food and the cancer center employees were raving about the lunch he put together for me!

I had the brisket, collard greens and potato saladThe husband had the platter plate-ribs, pork, brisket with collard greens Mac and cheese.BEAT dukes by miles. Best food will 100% go back.The cook comes out and talked to us I loved the lady that was working made me smile.

Had catfish and it was incredible. Probably the best I have ever had. Sweet potato fries were covered in sweet sauce with cinnamon and wonderful. We stopped because we were caught in traffic but this place is worth a special trip.

So glad we stopped here on the way to the airport. The oxtail rice was so tender and flavorful. The Jamaican beef patty and fried okra were perfectly cooked. The BEST part was the BRISKET! It was AMAZING and the sweet spicy bbq sauce drizzled on it was a perfect addition. The chef/owner was super friendly and he mentioned that he recently decided to add bbq to the menu and let me tell you, it WILL NOT disappoint! Welldefinitely be adding it to our list of top Charleston favs!

Excellent customer service. I place my order online, it gives a time to pick up and when I get there my food is waiting. I never had to wait and so far everything I bought was really Good!!

We provide discounts to Veterans
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. First we check on budget. 2. build you a custom menu 3. Check if you want Drop of and set up, or full service 4. Ask if you need any Rentals or wares Then we cost it out. When approved, I will send invoice for 50% deposit this holds the date, then the final is not due till 1 week before event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Grad of Art Institute of Atlanta. I owned 2 Catering company. This is my newest one. I have over 10 years catering in Sc.
