- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to sit down and just create a menu with each client. Learn what you are expecting, what your budget is, and merging those two concepts to bring you an experience you will enjoy and feel confident in from taste to cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Educationally, I am French Classically Trained Le Cordon Bleu. I am well versed through apprenticeships and experience in Southern Appalachian, soul food, Latin and Asian techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got a job as the person who prepares the trays for servers to take out at Buffalo Wild Wings. But I have been burning a flame for food since I was old enough to stand on a stool!
