- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I operate a legitimate business fully insured and I pay taxes on my income .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is talk with the customer about their needs by phone then if possible set up a time to meet and discuss the work that is desired. Sometimes I can give a price and a plan on the spot . Other projects may require I prepare a formal detailed proposal . After the proposal is approved by the client all work can begin .
