I am Jim Watters, many people know me as Jimmy. I started my landscaping career in 2008. My goal back in those days was to enjoy my work and I still do. I have always enjoyed nature and the outdoors and creating beautiful landscaping. I am dedicated and passionate. There is nothing better to me than seeing peoples eyes light up when my work is finished !

Mr. Watters and his crew were asked to help us solve a problem with a short, steeply sloping bank that made the back yard look very small in proportion to the house. Landtec helped us design a retaining wall and landscaping that gives the appearance of an extra 30 feet of open view. Also, I am somewhat of a “stickler” regarding engineering and I was very impressed by the quality of the construction. That wall will stand! We also encountered numerous permitting delays and Mr. Watters patiently worked through them with us. I couldn’t ask for any better service or harder workers. Quality work at a fair price.

I found Jimmy to be fair-priced and quite informative. He removed some behemoth shrubs I had in my yard and I can't wait to plant some new stuff in front of my house. I will be calling Jimmy again for all my landscape needs.

Jimmy and his crew are great to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone. He is knowledgeable, professional, communicative and considers the scope of the project in detail and provides solutions within your budget. We hired him for a few different landscaping and hardscaping projects and are very satisfied with the quality of work and time frame it was completed within. Jimmy is a pleasure to work with. Good value for the work, communicative, honest, and no fuss. I hired him for leaf clean-up and have kept him on for other things around my yard. I operate a legitimate business fully insured and I pay taxes on my income .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is talk with the customer about their needs by phone then if possible set up a time to meet and discuss the work that is desired. Sometimes I can give a price and a plan on the spot . Other projects may require I prepare a formal detailed proposal . After the proposal is approved by the client all work can begin .
