Why you leave me a 1 star review? We’re scheduled for tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. I literally just confirmed it with you yesterday evening. Ok there was a misunderstanding then because as you see a wrote it on my schedule for Thursday. So I guess it is what it is you already wrote the review. If you want to still schedule then we can if not then i understand. Obviously in a situation like this regardless of when the miscommunication came I still have to take the blame as a business owner but i definitely didn’t no call no show on purpose you see my previous reviews As a home owner and business a bit of advice moving forward it’s best as a business and home owner to communicate even if somehow someone gets the days mixed up because I’ve been in situations where the homeowner has mistaken the day but they at least called and wondered where I’m at and vise versa I’ll attempt to call the customer to verify the day prior and the day of the scheduled repair that way there’s a lest chance of a missed appointment because it happens on both sides the business and customer but as I stated before as a honest business that I run the business owner usually has to just take the blame that’s why I say it doesn’t happen to me very often if any that’s why I said look at my reviews they speak for themselves.

Chris showed up on time and assessed my issues in a timely manner. Fixed everything within two days (one part had to be ordered). He was extremely professional and explained everything so that I understood. I would hire him again any time I need an electician.
