Thanks for the review but everything you stated is incorrect. I did in fact know what the issue was but before diagnosing it a second time originally you had ice formed throughout the entire freezer and with my many years of experience 95% of the time defrosting the refrigerator cures the issue. If I didn’t know what I was doing I wouldn’t have my business for as long as i have with excellent reviews from previous customers. I can’t help that you couldn’t understand the technical side of this repair and I explained it over and over like I do all customers because I get that most people don’t know. As far as having a second person come look at that was totally up to you. I ordered everything and currently have the items shipped. So I’m not sure how your stating you’re out of all this money and you have to put items in a cooler when I’m in the middle of repairing your fridge. I even gave you option to get the parts next day but you didn’t want to pay the additional cost. So if you leave a bad review fine but you have to be truthful. Happy Thanksgiving

Why you leave me a 1 star review? We’re scheduled for tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. I literally just confirmed it with you yesterday evening. Ok there was a misunderstanding then because as you see a wrote it on my schedule for Thursday. So I guess it is what it is you already wrote the review. If you want to still schedule then we can if not then i understand. Obviously in a situation like this regardless of when the miscommunication came I still have to take the blame as a business owner but i definitely didn’t no call no show on purpose you see my previous reviews As a home owner and business a bit of advice moving forward it’s best as a business and home owner to communicate even if somehow someone gets the days mixed up because I’ve been in situations where the homeowner has mistaken the day but they at least called and wondered where I’m at and vise versa I’ll attempt to call the customer to verify the day prior and the day of the scheduled repair that way there’s a lest chance of a missed appointment because it happens on both sides the business and customer but as I stated before as a honest business that I run the business owner usually has to just take the blame that’s why I say it doesn’t happen to me very often if any that’s why I said look at my reviews they speak for themselves.
