Called to schedule same day service for broken ice maker. he me asked me to send photo of my fridge model number serial so he could ensure parts would be avail for repair today. Texted back promptly also offering an earlier appt than we had initially set which was wonderful for me! Arrived with parts n hand and was extremely polite n professional in explaining to me the possible array of issues which may have caused ice maker to stop. Installed new component without any delays and was able to process my payment on premises. Excellent service now just gotta wait for new component to make ice which he said could take up to 24hrs. Overall extremely pleased with service and would highly recommend. My communication with him was less time consuming than when I reached out to Samsung directly about the issue.
