Very friendly and polite. Did what needed to be done to solve the problem and did it well. I was especially happy with the fact that he did not go straight to the big (see:expensive) guns first- he solved the problem affordably. He was also very time conscious and worked very efficiently. I was previously told I would probably need to have a lodged toy cut out of my drain plumbing, but he got it out without any cutting.
