I had an excellent experience with Indivy Plumbing, especially with my technician Chris. He responded to my repair request very quickly and even did a free house call the next day (even though it was a Saturday). Chris provided two quotes in writing and completed the work promptly once I reviewed and agreed to one of the quotes. Throughout the repair process, he shared helpful information, and also patiently responded to all the questions I had, which I really appreciated. I also liked that I did not have to pay until the work was completed and I was completely satisfied with the results. As a bonus, Chris even took a quick look at another faucet and my sliding glass door, offering helpful advice for both. I will definitely be considering Indivy Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

We do not charge a service call and our quotes and evaluations are free. We offer 10% off for military and seniors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find that it is best to let the home owner explain the issue they are having. After I finish listening to what they inform me of I then typically ask a few questions myself. This is a great process of many to diagnose a homeowners plumbing issue.

I have 14 years plumbing experience ranging from new construction to service work in both residential and commercial settings
