- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The details of our pricing are on our website at: rschrollphotography.com. Our pricing is transparent and any fees are disclosed up front. There are additional fees for pets ($25@) that are included in family sessions, and a premium fee of $100 to photograph on holidays (we like holidays too!!!) We do NOT charge travel fees for any location within 100 miles. If the location you choose for your session charges fees, the client is responsible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first gain an understanding and the requirements of the client's session. This can be done via email, phone call or a Zoom meeting. Once we have agreed on session details, we send a quote/contract/invoice for the session. When the contract is signed, we provide a questionnaire to gather even more detail above the session, and depending on the type of session we will send a style guide with what to expect before, during and after your shoot. The style guide also provides recommendations on what to wear to your session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have photographed for over 20 years. We began our training with the Professional Photography Group in Charlotte, NC where we started took courses and gained photography certifications. We were then hired first as an intern and then as a team member that led groups and was responsible for entire shoots from photographing to editing.
