FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For local moves (less than 35 round trip miles), we bill for the actual time incurred moving rounded to the nearest 15-minute interval. This is measured from when our movers arrive and start loading until they are finished unloading at your new location. All moves are subject to a daily labor minimum plus a one-time truck fee for the day. This truck fee covers our fuel, travel time, moving equipment, blanket wrapping, and shrink wrap. Bulky article charges may apply to certain items like pianos, pool tables, steel gun cabinets, etc.. We do not charge an additional fee for stairs, overtime hours, or additional stops and there are no hidden fees, surcharges, or taxes. Please contact us for a free, on-site estimate for long-distance moves. For labor-only jobs (no truck provided): Packing, Loading, Unloading, Junk Removal, and all other labor-only services are billed at a flat rate per mover, per hour, subject to a daily minimum. We also charge a daily travel fee at a flat rate per mover, per day on all local, labor-only jobs.
