Marla did a good job, cleaning as much as she could (one bathtub turned out to be clogged, and none of her cleaning supplies worked). We were surprised that Bright Breeze sent only one person to clean the whole house, but she was VERY thorough, respectful, kind, and the house looks TONS better than it did and it certainly smells a LOT cleaner!

The kids were very nice and their work was good except they didnt clean the interior light fixtures. If they would have done that then I would give a 5.Because my light fixtures were not done Preston stepped up to make sure I was 100% satisfied and has Megan coming Thursday to finish up the job. I appreciate the customer service he applies to have a happy customer..So today I give Bright Breeze a 5!!Thank you Preston. I have used their services twice now for "move in deep cleaning". Preston, the owner, has communicated well. He's been responsive to requests & quickly found a replacement when the appointed cleaner became ill. The job both times was done very well especially considering the horrible shape the sellers left it. She too communicated well, asked my priorities, and checked in periodically to make sure I was happywith what was done. She also diligently showed me areas that were more about needing paint then cleaning etc.... I have been enough impressed to set up normal cleaning services every 2 weeks.
