Patrick arrived on time and quickly looked to identify the source of our roach problem. Although no roaches were found, he left bait and sprayed in addition to a follow up in two weeks to ensure they don't come back. If I could have selected all the “value” options, I would have. Patrick started off with immediate, professional and clear communication after my request.
