- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair prices and do our best to save the customer some cost. We don't try to sell you on things you don't need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to their wants and needs. Explain what can be done and what challenges we see from our end. Come up with a game plan on material and start time and rough estimate of finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Electrical trade for 20 years. I worked for a contractor for 15 years straight. I trained with the owner and another master electrician. It enabled me to be proficient in both residential and commercial work. I Excell in troubleshooting and love service work.
