We are proud to be a small business located in the Low Country. We have a great reputation and do get most of our business by word of mouth. We also have a very good team of employees who keep this company up and running each day! Helping our customers with their heating, air conditioning and plumbing. It does get a little tough in the summer because of the demand for AC service and we are always so swamped but we do our best to service our customers as quickly as possible.

HI Asked for price to simply clean out a dryer vent and was quoted $265. Have a quote from a handyman not on this site for $69. Go figure. . . .

Service was good, quick, they were out at the house maybe 20 minutes after I called! They are on the expensive side and with $75 just to drive to the house + $85 an hour for labor it adds up pretty quickly and unexpectedly. But, maybe that's the price you pay for convenience. Won't use them again.

This company is top notch from beginning (quote) to end (my beautiful new tankless water heater). I had a 1998 (yikes!) gas hot water heater that needed to be replaced. John thoroughly inspected the situation, and even though I had complications with my existing gas line, he was able to offer me a very creative option that saved me greatly! They worked me into their schedule quickly and the installation crew was professional and meticulous. Highly recommended!
