Woodstack was hired for a small project to create a room in a loft area. They provided a formal estimate after viewing the project, provided a contract after agreement and showed up on time the first day of the project. They worked late to finish everything on time and came back as promised to sand the drywall to prep for painting. On time, quality work and price quoted. Good honest people.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order for us to make an estimate, we charge $35. We like to revise the area where the project will take place. Our prices vary depending on the type of materials and type of job and if the client is providing the materials or the client wants us to provide it, also it depends on how far the place is from us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send a professional to check the workspace, to see what needs to be done and then if the person decides to hire us, we make a contract and charge 50% of the total cost of the project and charge the rest at the end of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed to work in commercial and residential and have the necessary training and equipment to fulfill those projects.
