- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is all based upon your requirements and wishes for your travel. I will only get paid if you book so please be aware of that when requesting my services. If you are just window shopping, please use Google for that. But if you're ready to book with a deposit, I will guide you through the options to make sure you are booking the travel of your dreams.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to discuss on the phone all of your requirements for your travel. We will discuss must haves and options. We will talk about expectations and availabilities. Once we've chatted, I will get to work to find you the best vacation travel package. I have access to dozens of travel suppliers through which I can research and find the best one to meet your specific wishes. You will have everything planned out for you from preparation, airfare, transfers, lodging, activities and tours. Everything will be ready for you to just pay, pack and go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am affiliated with Archer Travel Group and receive ongoing training through them and through all of the travel suppliers. I have trained and am certified on selling all of the major cruise lines. I am certified to sell travel to many popular locations in the Caribbean. Most of all, I am an avid traveler myself and have my experiences assisting me.
