- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you're selling your home and need a professional Realtor to help you with staging, pricing and marketing, then I can come sit down and meet with you. We can then negotiate pricing based on your needs. If you're purchasing a property, then my services are essentially free to guide you through the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to set up an introductory meeting with my clients to go over their expectations, the local real estate market and what to expect about the home buying or selling process. My focus is on communication to ensure that my customers have a great experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in Communications, both in industry and education. I have a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Public Relations/Communications and I apply what I learned to help market my clients' homes. I am also a certified negotiator and use that to the advantage of my clients to help make every deal a win win.
