Hi I am Chelsea! I own a popcorn company, wedding planning and event planning business! We ( my husband and I) are a power team of foodies, event production extraordinaire, & business professionals. Joining forces to create a product with one goal in mind create a simple delicious treat and that brings people together. Taking a snack as simple as popcorn and elevating it with a variety of house-made flavors. At Butter Popcorn we believe that popcorn is the fastest way to the heart. The events and wedding industries have long been associated with exorbitant pricing structures. As proprietors, our mission is to rectify this situation by introducing competitively priced packages, commencing at a mere $3 per person, which includes delivery services and tax ! Our endeavor is aimed at redefining industry norms and providing exceptional value to our clientele while challenging prevailing market practices. I have had the privilege of being a part of the wedding and hospitality industry for over 25 years. I'm thrilled to offer my services as a dedicated day-of (or even two days before) wedding coordinator! What I bring to the table is a comprehensive package that ensures a seamless and stress-free wedding day for everyone involved. My flat-rate package includes a wide range of services, such as picking up all necessary wedding items, setting up various elements like centerpieces, sweetheart tables, cake tables, guest tables, favor tables, and the ceremony site. I'll also oversee all vendor coordination, including communication and management, oversee catering and wait staff, and liaise with the kitchen for a flawless dining experience. As a day-of coordinator, I'll assist with the smooth transition of decor throughout the day, release tables, and help guide guests as needed, whether it's coordinating outdoor activities like sparklers or ensuring memorable photographs. I'll also handle the cleanup and packing of any items that need to be removed and act as a head waiter for the bride and groom, ensuring their needs are met throughout the day. But my commitment goes beyond the checklist – I'm here to make sure nothing goes amiss. From keeping an eye on the refrigerator doors to prevent unexpected guests from walking out with them to addressing any last-minute needs or emergencies, I'm there to ensure the day runs seamlessly. My flat rate for day-of coordination is $350, and if additional support is needed for rehearsal or day-before preparations, the flat rate is $500. With my extensive experience, attention to detail, and passion for creating unforgettable moments, I am well-equipped to make each wedding a truly memorable and stress-free experience. In addition to my work in the wedding industry, I am also an event manager for multi-day orthodontic conferences held nationwide! So if you know any Orthodontist sent them my way! :)
