Cesar was responsive to my request. He quoted me a fair price to paint the inside of my garage. It is a new condo and they put up drywall but did not paint. Cesar did a great job and even suggested that we paint the inside trim white. I painted the garage a carolina blue. I have had great comments on it. Will keep Cesar information for future projects.
