I had wanted to screen in my balcony and had a few estimates, but after MDHI re-did the balcony/deck of the condo above mine, I had him come down and give me estimate. I also asked what the estimate would be if he also did the flooring and railing.
I am so glad I did it all!
Odaine and his team were incredibly hard workers: polite, knowledgeable and efficient!
Odaine also made a few suggestions in some other small improvements around my unit (will probably have them install a slider for my half bath in the future) that I did decide to ask him to do those little projects !!
I am so pleased with Odaine and his team: they’re polite, knowledgeable and attentive to detail!
