- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult to set a cookie cutter price for interior painting when every house is different. However, we work hard to keep our prices low and competitive. That means no additional charges for moving furniture, and don’t forget the free smiles. H3 Properties has high standards and low prices. We take pride in our work and strive for happy customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New or returning customers both receive 110% of my best work and customer service. New customers will receive a free on-site estimate to see exactly what they need/want done. Then I am able to get measurements and supplies list while we meet and greet. I will explain the process and answer any questions or concerns. Returning customers receive a discount on their next project and more friendly smiles with exceptional end results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
H3 is licensed and insured. I worked alongside a professional painter for two years whose training taught clean yet efficient techniques. I have been painting, drywalling, and caulking for over 15 years now.
