Our Re-design or home styling services include; furniture selection, placement and layout; selection of paints, wallpapers and window treatments, and purchase of decorative accents. We specialize in re-design services tailored to clients who are downsizing or looking to transform their home with a fresh, new look. As a realtor, I agree that staging is a value-added service of real estate professionals. Many realtors will tell you, a staged home sells faster. I also agree that it is important to hire a professional home stager like Ms. Walker. I know Sharon to be dependable, and very dedicated to the outcome of her home staging projects. Her work is beautiful and she is very sensitive to seller’s emotional ties to their homes. As a realtor, I have seen prospective buyers struggle to envision their furnishings in a vacant home. I had no clue what was going to do with my room. When it comes to be creative and decorate matching colors and all that, I was lost. Sharon came to my rescue. She has a great talent to make your room and space like it came out of a magazine. She helped me tremendously and my room looks beautiful. I love how she helped me add my personal touch, and that is important. She has excellent eye for details. Sharon makes it so easy to work with her. She is an excellent communicator and stayed within my budget.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee is $75 per hour. We offer packages such as Decorator for a Day that comes with a flat fee based on the customer's furnishing and décor selections. The price for this package is $600. Additionally, we offer personal shopping and an Accessory package, for small jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1). We begin with a Discovery Call- obtain a general overview of the project and budget. Step 2). Initial Visit- grand tour of the space client would like addressed, obtain photos and measurements. Step 3). Pricing and Contract- using the information from the previous meetings a proposal along with a contract is completed. Step 4). Design is created and presented for approval. Step 5). Delivery and Installation
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the International Association of Home Staging Professionals. I have also received extensive training in Luxury Design, Short Term Rental Design (3 certifications in this area), and Trend Design.
