I had the best experience. My AC was such an issue being so old and the first visit they spent an hour TRYING hard to repair the unit over replacing but sadly it was 17+ years old it was time to put it out to pasture. I had replaced my coolant line 6 years ago when my furnace was replaced but sadly it was not the greats brand and was leaking and causing issues. They didn't know until we were replacing AC but again going above and beyond trying to REPAIR over replacing. Poor guys had to come out 3 times while trying to get this system hooked up and even had to go to Colorado Springs to get the replacement part to get this taken care of ASAP. Working in 90+ heat in a crawl space and outside but it has been fixed and even with all the extra stuff still cheaper than the other company who quoted me in 2018 to just replace AC with my furnace. I will definitely be using them for ALL my services/maintenance in the future and would recommend them to all my family and friends! A+ experience. Thank you so much guys!

Pro showed up on time. After the repair I had to call Pro net day because Dryer still had a problem. He returned and worked on dryer. Several days later dryer started making loud thumping noise. We have tried to contact Pro but now message says Phone number not in service. I paid $420.33 with my American Express and called to dispute charge. I have called several times with no response. We have had bad weather for several days and I can only hope this is the reason for no response. Otherwise on a scale 0f 10 I can only give a -1

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Will always give 100% to getting your machine up and running as fast as possible. Whether it's a $100 repair or $5000 repair. We also do not accept cancellations unless they are emergency or 24 hours prior.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves to the new customer. Get them scheduled asap for an estimate on repair or replacement. There is no $99 Trip Fee with any Repair. Replacement and Estimate for new equipment, our Free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC and Buisness Management Degrees in both work over 20 years in heating and cooling field experience.
