- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Will always give 100% to getting your machine up and running as fast as possible. Whether it's a $100 repair or $5000 repair. We also do not accept cancellations unless they are emergency or 24 hours prior.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves to the new customer. Get them scheduled asap for an estimate on repair or replacement. There is no $99 Trip Fee with any Repair. Replacement and Estimate for new equipment, our Free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC and Buisness Management Degrees in both work over 20 years in heating and cooling field experience.
