FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very fair. I've compared rates for similar projects both locally and nationally and my pricing is definitely on the lower end. Myrtle Beach area is typically lower than national standards, so I easily meet that metric and come in where most others are as well. I also collect only when you're satisfied. When you accept my photos or videos, then you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet on site if possible. I show and explain my equipment and how they can direct me if they choose. I want them to explain what the purpose of the project is, what they expect and I offer post-production editing until their standards are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a pilot (private pilot/instrument rating) since 1975. I've done a lot of aerial photography since, all on a part-time basis. With satellite photos from Google and other sources constantly being updated, there wasn't a lot of need for the type of aerial photos I provided. But now, with drone cameras equal to the most sophisticated land cameras, I'm glad to re-enter the field. I am FAA commercially certified for drone (sUAS) photography.
