Corey was communicative, initially, and appeared to be knowledgeable enough to take on the job. He anticipated two to two and a half days for the labor and priced accordingly. He sent pictures of the work and receipts for materials at the end of the first day and requested payment for that day’s work, which I paid promptly. I have not heard from him since. He is not responding to txt, messages on the app, or calls. It was going well initially but he ghosted me. Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Customer was quoted for work she requested. Job was done and more work was being added then the customer was initially quoted for. Customer refused to pay. After this review was left, I reached out and went back and done the additional work after giving the customer the new estimated cost in which she agreed and was heavily discounted due to the misunderstanding. Work was completed, tenants were happy and customer was Happy. Customer then refused to pay or change review. Work I quoted for was completed and I wasn't paid.
