FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call the office, our Admin Assistant, Kaley, answers the phone and is happy to answer any of your questions for you. Once you provide your information, she will put you on our schedule during a time what works best for you for one of our field consultants to come out and give you a free estimate. Once your field consultant assesses your roof, he will give you quotes on multiple packages we offer to better suit your needs. If you decide to move forward with us, our Project Manager, Yobana, will reach out to you within 3-5 business days to get you on our schedule for your work to be done. She will keep you up to date with any changes due to the weather. Once the day comes of your project, our group of installers/repairmen will arrive on scene early in the morning and our Field Supervisor, Jose, will be on site during the whole process to answer any questions that may arise. When the project is finished, Jose will do a final walkthrough with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
