- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is as unique as the person requesting the work. We can do generic over the phone pricing as well as a free on site assessment to ensure you are getting the most accurate pricing while also communicating both sides expectations and commitments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can be as thorough as the customer allows. We do try to do some discovery on what services they want, when the last time any of this was done by a professional, timeline on project, the scope of work, etc. We want to do a thorough investigation to ensure we can provide the highest customer experience, quality, and on the quickest timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are both IWCA and PWNA certified while also providing over 250 hours of on site training for all new employees.
