CUSTOMIZED PLANNING My customized training plans are tailored to meet your specific goals, while maximizing results and minimizing injuries. ORGANIZATION Each workout is organized and planned prior to your session, so that when you arrive at the studio you can start working out right away by warming up and stretching in a private fitness suite. We don’t waste time figuring out what to do next or waiting for someone to finish using an exercise machine. The entire workout session is organized from start to finish so that your time at the studio is focused on you and achieving your specific results. You come in, we focus on your workout, and you leave feeling good about your accomplishments after experiencing an effective and efficient workout. COACHING and NUTRITION As your coach, I ensure that you execute each exercise properly to maximize results and minimize injury. We also ensure that you do the right amount of each exercise – too little won’t bring about change, and too much will slow down your rate of improvement. Nutritional Coaching through and app is also provided to make sure what goes in your body will hep you achieve your ultimate goal. RESEARCH I take pride in keeping up to speed on the latest science and technology information associated with health, exercise science and nutrition. RESULTS MEASUREMENTS I measure your results using a variety of objective and subjective data. Some examples includes: Weight Body fat % Before and after pictures Strength tests Performance tests ACCOUNTABILITY Most importantly, your personal trainer demands accountability. To bring real change, you need a personal fitness coach who is directly responsible for your success in the program and who will hold you accountable for achieving these goals I take great pride in making people live a healthy lifestyle. Oly has a very personalized style of training. He's very focused on developing a workout catered to my goals. Oly also provides grocery shopping lists , meal plans and a 30 day challenge . The food you put in your body is just as important as the workout when getting healthy and it's great that Oly is able to provide guidance on both.

I have been searching for a trainer that can provided guidance with not only works out but with diet . I am constantly on the go and expressed to Oly my frustration and struggles and he is on top of it. In one month of working with Oly I have far surpassed my immediate goal of 5 lbs I have in fact lost 10lbs ! I couldn't believe it ! Oly has a very subtle but effective hands on approach and really listens to my many questions , concerns and adapts to all my needs . I have struggled with siactic issues and shoulder pain and he has helped relieve those areas . He answeres my questions from 7 am to 12 pm . He truly cares for his clients and really has a very nice way of getting that across . His attention to form has helped me immensely get the most out of my workouts and I highly highly recommend him . I can't wait to see where I am going to be in April at my wedding feeling my truly best self yet !

“Nothing is given, everything is earned”… "Yes, after months of training at KO fitness I came to experience what that really means. You don’t just become fit overnight with quick and simple workouts. Oly has thought me that fitness is something you earn with hard work, dedication, discipline and commitment. Oly does not give me a boring exercise routine living me clueless about why or how certain exercise should be performed, which is what other gyms I trained at did. Here at KO fitness, along with interesting variety of exercises tailored to my personal preferences, I learn about proper form, and how to correctly perform each workout. Whether it is kickboxing, weight lifting, or cardio, at every training Oly introduces me to new exercises and gives me detailed instructions so that I am able to repeat these trainings on my own. Thanks to Oly’s professional guidance, earning my goal becomes easier and what is most important I really enjoy it.     Yes I do. I'm currently certified by NASM (national academy of sports medicine) as a personal trainer, nutritionist and mixed martial arts conditioning. I'm currently studying to be a corrective exercise specialist.
