- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is highly competitive within the area I serve. I normally invoice by labor hours worked, but willing to quote by project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask for a call, at minimum, to review needs, set a timeline and expectations. I always welcome an onsite consultation if time permits for both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an operations background. I take your vision/needs and execute to optimize function in your home. I also like to give suggestions if welcomed and I always take budget into consideration.
