We had a good experience with Harbor Home Cleaners. We had scheduled for a set day/time and the cleaner arrived at the expected time, but instead of two cleaners (which we had arranged), only one showed up. I was concerned it would take her too long to clean our sizeable house, so I contacted the owner and he immediately apologized and worked to get us another cleaner, which was great! The 2nd cleaner showed up about 2.5 hours in and they powered through the remaining jobs and they were done about 2 hours later thankfully. Overall, they did a great job with the cleaning. Note, neither of the cleaners spoke English (Portuguese was their native language), but we were able to communicate through a phone app. Both cleaners were cheery, respectful, and positive and I would use them again!
