- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is listed on my website and it varies for in person or remote services. I do not offer any discounts and once booked and paid for, all services are non refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we setup a phone call to go over what you're looking for, figure out which service/s you would benefit most from, and discuss pricing. If you decide to work with me I will then send you a questionnaire to get to know you better and an invoice. Once the invoice is paid we will begin working on your customized service/s. Once finished, I will send you a full styling guide with shopping links for you to purchase what you choose. After we will review what you purchase and answer any further questions you may have. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Fashion Design from SCAD.
