I have experienced a wide variety of home cleaners over the years, some better than others of course. But I would have to put Cynthia of JRM&J at the top of the list. She is a total pro and a warm, cheerful person to boot. She took care of a post-hurricane reconstruction clean-up project in our home and aced it. She also delivers extremely high value for the price. Can't recommend her highly enough.

Starting out she seemed to be good but the more she cleaned she started adding on charges for instance per bathroom. She also charged an additional charge of $75 she said she had to pay Thumbtack. She took multiple breaks talking on the phone but then charged me an additional $50 saying the cleaning took longer than expected. But the time she moved her price higher and higher it became obvious to me she was trying to take me for as much money as she could get. She gave me a price of $155 originally and I had to end up paying her $300, nearly double what she told me when she started the cleaning. Worst experience ever with a cleaning company.

Good Morning Rosalyn first your post is not affecting my bussiness a all is that what you think . To let my customer know the history you give me same day notice that you need your house clean . Is a 2 floor house 2.5 Bathrooms . This house you told me it was not clean in a year . We discuss prices before I start working and I let all my customers know about thumbtack you book with me on the last minute they charge me 82$ for the first time . Also you discuss with me that your house was regular cleaning . The house downs stairs that is the place you used it was very dirty so much that I take the swifter with gain and every time I Mop the floor they were black of dirt I have to finish the job in 3 hours to came back next day cancel a job that I have scheduled for next day to bring a moo and a bucket and repeat everything twice . I did extra i clean all your outside cabinets after you told me 3 rooms I clean 4 counting your office . You want perfect clean when you told me it was regular cleaning ? A professional like me is not going to leave stuff dirty your house was not clean in a year . I also did your big vent because the refill was not change and it was so discussing that I need to take it outside and do it with the hose . I did extra for you but you forget to tell my people here about that . To be on the phone I can definitely work and answer my phone to let people know I call them back :) I give you all my respect and also you complain about a electrical issue I bring the person to help you and you never get out of your phone not even to. Recognize and apréciate this was the last minute call . He was there 20 minutes he tide all cables outside in the box came inside check the lights with me and you still on the phone for a hour I need to stop what I was doing to help him turn on and off the lights he need to ask you a question but you knowing that he was there you never came out after a hour asking me where he was at . You show him the problem day before and it was not doing it again . But it is so rude not to even come outside and talk to him . I can post videos and pictures of your house before and after and I can also tell this person that I send to reply here . Let me know if you want me to do so 😊Have a Great day and remember your vent and the entrance was not in the discussion and the extra room earthier . The price was great for everything that I did ☺️

Used Shine Bright for a move out/deep cleaning. Had walls, appliances, rugs and floors cleaned in my old apartment. When I turned in my keys, the apartment looked better than what I had originally got it. Highly recommend.

Shrine bright services cleaned our home on numerous occasions in Annville PA & again in Inman SC. We’ve used them for deep cleanings and such. Not only is the house spotless of dust and dirt but also smells amazing! Recommend. 10/10.
