- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 3 Hour minimum booking for most jobs. This ensures that our crew is paid and costs are covered. We also offer 10% off for military, teachers, first responders, and other medical professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we get more details from you about your move, we will send you an estimate as a formality of our job. Once you agree to book, we will add you to the schedule and collect any deposit that may be necessary (usually for big jobs).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an A.A in Supply Chain Management and am working towards my B.S. in Entrepreneurship right now. I also served in the USMC for 5 years where I had to manage plenty of equipment, people, and other resources.
