- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain customers information, schedule and evaluate work requested. Prepare an estimate, obtain customer approval and complete task while keeping the client updated every step of the way.

EPA Universal Certification Nate Certified Yearly Training on new equipment 19 years experience Service all makes and models Trident Technical College HVAC Program Training started in high school. Studied 2 years under an amazing teacher (Leo Rogers). Started working summer jobs doing HVAC as I attended Charleston Southern University. Continued my education at Trident Technical College (Turner, Baker, Munson). 19 years experience which included : installation of ductwork and equipment, servicing all makes and models, crew leader residential and commercial as well as service manager.
