I was very satisfied with Emory and Moldstoppers. Emory appeared to have a great eye for detail when he 1st inspected my crawlspace and submitted his quote. His pricing was very competitive and he seemed to be the right choice among the 3 suppliers I interviewed. His team did everything he promised to remove the mold from my crawlspace, seal all floor gaps, install the vapor barrier, and with no disruption to our daily routine. I was even more impressed when on the final day his team refused take payment until Emory could return to make a final inspection. When he did, he found a minor issue and promised his team would return within 2 days to fully complete the project. He did everything he said he would do and more. I am hopeful I never have an issue like mold again, but if I do, I know who to call to get the job done right.

I do not recommend this guy. When I spoke to him on the phone, he said morning. When I texted to verify he changed it to “early afternoon” and then he just showed up unexpectedly at the time he desired. I called him and said the tenant who’s a nurse, “has already left for her shift, you told us early afternoon and it’s 2:30pm, she had been waiting since morning” he said he can’t enter if there’s no one there and he also can’t reschedule because he’s booked and he had already left!!! This was in minutes! It’s obvious he didn’t want to do the job, because why didnt he specify an exact time or timeframe. Also, why would you text and say no one answered, next time call and announce that you are here so we can speak. Instead you texted and left immediately. Very unprofessional.

We start with a no cost estimate. Then we define the scope of work the customer desires and make any pricing adjustments. We execute a written proposal both parties sign and we set a start date.
