- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the job. The price we set is what you pay. No "gotchas" or "additional costs" snuck in at the end. If a project takes longer than we estimate, that's on us. Our customers like this pricing model because there's no questioning about cost up front or worrying what the end total will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a potential client makes contact, we get their information and set up a time to take a look at their project. The walk-through takes about 10-15 minutes. Then we will put together an estimate. After the customer decides to move forward, we can help with color selection if needed. We can work with the clients timeframe for completing the work in a timely manner. We ask for a 20% deposit before starting the job to cover the cost of materials and supplies. Final payment is due upon completion and after the client is fully satisfied with the work. Reviews and referrals are always welcome. We love working for friends and family of past clients!
