Carlos and his crew were wonderful to work with. We had all the ducts replaced, and a new furnace was installed. It was done at a great price, with a great quality install, and in a quick manner. The company went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly and provided a great service. I look forward to working with them again in the future for maintenance of our new system.

I reported an issue to Choice Home Warranty at the beginning of the week. I have used Choice since I lived in Charleston. They would give me no help and told me they couldn't find someone to look at it. After waiting almost a week. Water heater was actively leaking down into the house. I called Palmetto and Carlos was here super fast. And replaced the water heater within a couple of hours. I can't thank him enough for all his help! If you want the best, call Palmetto and make sure you get Carlos!

Palmetto Facilities came out the SAME DAY to help me with a very important issue concerning my hot water heater.
