And regarding the use of drones, I am FAA Certified under Part 107 to conduct commercial drone operations. Less than 20% of drone pilots are FAA certified. As for the drone video footage, I provide 4K video, professionally edited on Final Cut Pro, complete with a professional music soundtrack. Regarding my land-based photography operations, I use state-of-the-art equipment, providing the best image quality possible. Perfect color, no digital noise, no lens distortion. The images are edited without any short cuts. I am an Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop, so you can rest assured that your photos will look their very best. Photography is all about the light, so I show up to photograph a property when the light is ideal, early morning or late afternoon.
