- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are delighted to have many customers needing repairs, renovations, or new additions and implemented a new process in order to offer each customer the highest customer service. One thing we ask is a Initial Consultation Fee to be rendered in order for our team members to travel to the project site and discuss proposed projects. This fee will be refunded by us once our customers move forward with a contract. The implementation of the fee has regulated inquiries of different customer priorities and helped us to manage and maintain a steady customer base and thorough project planning from the very beginning. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule the "Initial Consultation" where our team member will travel to the clients house to better assist with decision making and advising of the project. We then proceed with a "Design Consultation" where the client has the opportunity to meet at our showroom and work with us on state of the art 3D renderings for their prospective project. Here the client has the option to change the rendering to their liking and visualize the renovation and discuss the entire project process with us. During the "Design Consultation" the client can make the decision to either move forward with a contract and associated discounts, or circle back to it at a later time. The entire project is being meticulously managed and monitored with customers receiving detailed daily reports, pictures, and updates regarding their project. A "Certificate of Completion" will wrap up the project and offer a (1) Year-Warranty.
