I moved into a home that was completely filthy and had the carpets cleaned prior to me moving in. Upon arrival to the home, there was a strong odor in the home of dog and just musty. I called zerorez because I was told that was who did the carpets originally. Not only did they come back out and clean my carpets, they checked all of my ducts, had the most amazing customer service and answered all of my questions without hesitation. My carpets are clean, my house smell 1000x better and Jalen was such a joy to work with. Thank you to Matt the supervisor for coming out and listening to my woman like concerns and addressed each and everything I noticed. 10/10 will use them again every 6 months to a year for my cleanings.
