- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let the customer know that I use commercial equipment that requires power from a wall outlet. I let the customer know using this equipment is more beneficial to them than a truck mount hose because the customer won't have to worry about there door being partially open and it will not have to worry about tripping over the excess hose associated with a truck mount. I show the customer the type of detergent that I will using and I let the customer smell how refreshing the detergent is since all of my detergents are plant base and eco friendly. Once I have equipment set up, I begin to clean the areas the customer wants clean. Once I finished cleaning a area, the show the customer the results of my work before continuing to clean the next area.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A sales representative for a carpet cleaning company came to my home and did a demonstration cleaning my carpet. When I saw the results, I said to him I would like to purchase this equipment. I knew how important it was for me to keep my carpet clean regularly.
