When I hear all this complaint about unreliable contractors and prices it hurts me .Only way you can be successfully is treating costumers the way you want to be treated. Because of that I decided to go back on bathroom renovation business as I had to do couple of those for people that I met . I did some high end bathroom and kitchen . Arsim and the team did a wonderful job remodeling our master bathroom with tiles and niches. We encountered some unexpected problems along the way, which they fixed without extra cost. Arsim personally overlooks the entire project and takes care of important steps himself. He is through with his work and after-project service is also very good.

Arsim, owner of Perfect Bathroom, was very professional but what really helped make the decision to hire them was his enthusiasm and creativity. His face lit up and his eyes sparkled when we began discussing ideas for my two bathrooms and that enthusiasm remained through to the end. Arsim and his team treated our bathrooms as their own and the perfectionism shows! We are extremely happy with the outcome and have already begun referring him to our friends and builder contractors that my husband comes in contact with. Extremely happy with the install of my mother's walk in tub. It was not without challenges (my home is on a slab) but the crew overcame them and worked very hard to meet my expectations. His suggestion for tile was spot on and my mother and I could not be more pleased. I would recommend them and will hire them again when I remodel master bathroom.

Arsim and his team was by far the best contractors I have worked with since we bought our house in 2016! I’m disappointed I didn’t find them until our last remodel project because I would love to work with them again. The tile work is beautiful and the extra care they gave in making it “just right” all the way up to the end was amazing! Don’t think twice about hiring them, just do it!!!!
