Dr. Rooter's technician, Tim, came to take care of a mega clog we had at our house. The house is old, which means the pipes are old, but he got everything moving and working great. He had to work inside and outside of our house and was very contiatous of cleanliness as he worked. He worked above and beyond what most would do. We will definitely be calling them again if we are in need of their expertise. Thanks Dr. Rooter and Tim!

Dr. Rooter has exceeded our expectations. We had water leaking into our living room at 12:30am. Tim Freeman was on call and responded quickly. He was efficient and thorough in diagnosing our problem and mitigating any further damage. Not to mention, Tims positive attitude put us right at ease. He returned later that day to complete his troubleshooting and plan a repair that will correct the problem going forward. We couldnt be happier and will use Dr. Rooter again!

They did a great job, but was quoted over +900 for vavle change and basic plumbing work. We opted for the valve change and connection to water supply 350, we decided to dyi the rest.
