Ok these two are awesome!! They had my whole apartment packed up in just two days! We are moving and had so much to do in a very short time! And they were so kind and went above and beyond and even helped us move a lot of boxes to our new place as well! They cleaned and vacuumed and even did some of our dishes! I mean no one would go to such lengths for their clients! They organized everything as they went along and they work fast and diligently! Most importantly they care about their clients and it shows! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Were a two-person team and charge $120 per hour. If the job only requires one person it's $75 per hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a phone call to discuss the job details and determine if we will be a good fit. Then set up a start time to begin the work. However, if you would like I can come to your home to do an onsite consultation. If I come onsite I do charge a consultation fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned most of what I know from working in people's homes now for over 10 years. I also have a background in aircraft cleaning and preparation. I do read a lot of books and consume media on organizing but have not attended any formal training programs. But I may teach some one day.
