Patience, guidance and expertise is how we can describe Sam. From the initial phone call to the final day of him finishing the job, Sam and his partner were exceptional. Communication was excellent, proposal was clear and the craftsmanship met our expectations. Our project was to enlarge and update the kitchenette in our basement for my mom in-law. Sam spent many hours with us to come up with the best design and materials to meet her needs and budget. We put complete trust and faith into Sam and he did not disappoint us.

After 17 years of daily living, we had several small projects and one large project to complete before we could list our house to sell. Sam and his team did a lovely job refreshing 17 years of wear (no ask was too small or too large). They were friendly and respectful of our home and the work was beautiful. We would certainly hire them again.

Be sure to compare apples to apples. Some homeowners compare quotes from different service providers only focusing on the bottom line. A number of factors go into making that bottom line what it is. Things like good quality materials vs inferior ones, the level of craftsmanship, and the kind of attention you as a customer will receive go into creating that price. Don't be afraid to ask these kinds of questions. Any service provider unwilling or unable to clearly answer these is not someone you want to work with.
